New KPY Group Online Teacher Training begins APRIL 22nd 2013!

Join us for this Group Online Course designed to lead you through our tested program for teaching effective, fun, safe and impactful yoga classes for kids!

Welcome to Kid Power Yoga! – Empowering young people to take an active role in their own health and well-being. Through our school programs, studio classes and private sessions, Kid Power Yoga teaches kids that with focus, attention and practice they can accomplish anything.

We offer classes for Ages 2/3, 4-6, Ages 7-10, Ages 11-14 and through High School. We also offer Parent/Child classes. In addition to our classes and trainings we are also pleased to announce our Online Kid Power Yoga Teacher Training Course!

It is time to have an impact on kids' lives. It is time to teach kids to improve their overall health, increase their ability to focus and self-soothe and support them developmentally to move confidently through the stages of their lives. It is time to give all kids the benefits of mind/body practices. It is time to be a part of the solution and we are the ones we've been waiting for.
